1. If you wish to make an exchange (size/model) or request a credit note (valid for 6 months) , return costs are free* .

2. If you wish to receive a partial or full refund of your order, €6.90 will be deducted from your refund (return costs).
To make your return:
Prepare your package by inserting the return form, then go to the website https://retours.dpd.fr/ to download your return label using your package number.

3. The return period is 15 working days upon receipt of the package.

4. Once your return has been received and verified, you will receive a refund via the same payment method you used to make your purchase within a maximum of 15 days. Please take into account the transfer time associated with your bank.

5. FAM reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or clothing not in the same condition as when received by the customer.
